We will start the morning with a visit to a traditional Lima market, where you will learn about unique products such as custard apples, lucuma and aguaymanto. Accompanied by an expert guide, you will learn about the ingredients that have made Peruvian cuisine famous around the world.
Then, we will head to the Chorrillos pier, where you will see the catch of the day and enjoy the maritime atmosphere of Lima. From there, we will start a practical cooking class in a restaurant in front of the sea, where you will prepare a classic ceviche, a Lima “causa limeña” and the inevitable pisco sour.
To close this delicious day, you will have lunch with your own creations and visit the Choco Museum, where you will discover the history of Peruvian cocoa and its many forms of preparation. All this in a half-day tour designed for curious travelers, lovers of gastronomy and good living.
