Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the General Conditions governing the contracting of services through the Internet. The party responsible for the contractual offer is TURIBUS, operated by PERUVISION GROUP S.A.C. (hereinafter “we”), whose details are provided in the Identification of the Parties section.

Services may be provided directly by TURIBUS or by local operators (hereinafter, the “Operators”), who will be responsible for their execution.

By making a booking, the client (hereinafter, the “User” or “Client”) acknowledges having read and accepted these General Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these conditions without prior notice, without affecting previously confirmed reservations.

1. Steps for Contracting and Execution of the Agreement

Booking:

  1. Select the desired product on our website.
  2. Enter the required information (e.g. number of people).
  3. Click “Add to cart”, review your purchase summary, and select “Checkout”.
  4. Complete your personal details, accept the General Conditions and Privacy Policy, and enter your payment information.
  5. Click “Confirm Payment” to finalize the process.

 

Contract record: We store the electronic document that formalizes the contract. You can request a copy by writing to turibus@turibus.pe.

Correction of errors: Before completing the purchase, you can review and correct your details. For changes after booking, please contact us at +51 950 689 276 or via email.

User: Any person over 18 years old with legal capacity to contract tourist services.

3. Purpose of the General Conditions

Define the legal conditions applicable to the online contracting process of tourism products and services offered by TURIBUS.

4. Product Features

  •  Services include tourist tours in Lima under specific modalities.
  •  Description, prices, and specific conditions of each product are available on our website.
  •  After purchase, the Client will receive an electronic ticket, which must be presented to access the service.

 

5. Pricing and Availability Policy

  •  Prices include taxes and applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
  •  Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed reservations will not be affected.
  •  We strive to ensure all published information is accurate and up to date.

 

6. Payment Method

We accept payments by credit and debit card. After payment, the User may request a detailed invoice.

7. Cancellation Policy

The User may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the service date for a full refund. Exceptions will be considered for:

  •  Significant changes in the service due to external causes.
  •  Cancellations caused by natural disasters or other exceptional situations.

 

8. Contract Duration

The contract will remain valid until both parties fulfil their obligations. Specific details will appear in the booking confirmation.

9. Use of Products

  •  Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
  •  TURIBUS is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of tickets.
  •  Tickets must be kept throughout the duration of the service.

 

10. Warranties and Liability

TURIBUS acts as an intermediary between the User and Operators. In case of any incident, contact us at turibus@turibus.pe or +51 950 689 276 so we can find a solution.

11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

In case of conflict, Peruvian law will apply. The parties agree to submit to the courts of Lima unless the User’s address determines another legal jurisdiction.
