Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the General Conditions governing the contracting of services through the Internet. The party responsible for the contractual offer is TURIBUS, operated by PERUVISION GROUP S.A.C. (hereinafter “we”), whose details are provided in the Identification of the Parties section.
Services may be provided directly by TURIBUS or by local operators (hereinafter, the “Operators”), who will be responsible for their execution.
By making a booking, the client (hereinafter, the “User” or “Client”) acknowledges having read and accepted these General Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these conditions without prior notice, without affecting previously confirmed reservations.
1. Steps for Contracting and Execution of the Agreement

User: Any person over 18 years old with legal capacity to contract tourist services.

11. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
In case of conflict, Peruvian law will apply. The parties agree to submit to the courts of Lima unless the User’s address determines another legal jurisdiction.
